Sales Person Definition

Xin Invoice 3.0 simple Sales Person Database allows you to maintain your staff information. You may keep your sales person information such as Name, Contact, Photo and etc. ou may also easily access to the Quotation history issued by your sales person.

Fields Definition
Fields Definition
Name The name of your sales person.
Phone Phone number of your sales person.
Email Email of your sales person.
Photo Photo of the sales person. It is for own reference and won't be used in any of the print out template.
Signature Image file of the sales person's signature. It will be printed in the Quotation template issued by this sales person.
Attachment Attachment is an additional function that you can attached any important file related to the Sales Person into the system. Example, you may attach photo, quotaion, id card and etc.
