Receive Payment
When you receive the payment from your customer, you need to update the payment made to this invoice so that the system can show the correct Invoice balance.
1. In Xin Invoice 3.0 program, click on "Invoice" tab on the top menu to open Invoice page.
2. In the Invoice list, click on the Invoice you wish to make payment.
3. Enter the received amount of the Invoice, and enter all other payment information then click button "Save" on the top menu.
4. After receiveing, in the Invoice listing page, the Amount Received will be shown.
