Import From Quotation
You can convert a Quotation to Invoice easily by just importing the Quotation into Invoice. This save a lot of time to create the similar Invoice from fresh.
1. In Xin Invoice 3.0 program, click on "Invoice" tab on the top menu to open Invoice page.
2. Click on the "New" drop down menu, select "Import From Quotation".
3. On the popup Find Quotation page, choose the Quotation you want to import from.
4. A new Invoice created and the Quotation information is populated into the Invoice. Click button "Save" on the top menu to save the Invoice.
