Add Sales Person Signature
You can include a digital signature of the sales person in the quotation. You just need to upload the image file of the sales person into sales person database,
and when generating the quotation, choose the respective Sales Person will do.
1. In Xin Invoice 3.0 program, click on "Sales Person" tab on the top menu to go to Sales Person Database.
2. Double click on the Sales Person you want to edit, or select the Sales Person and click "Edit" button on the top menu.
3. At "Signature" section, check the option "Upload", then click on button "..." to insert your sales person photo image file.
4. Click on button "Save" on the top left menu to save your sales person information.
5. When generate quotation, choose the respective sales person.
6. Print the quotation with the template that include sales person's signature.
