Retirement of Xin Invoice 3.0, Xin Inventory 1.0 and Xin Inventory 2.0

Align with global tech trend, we are moving towards cloud system. Hence, all our desktop application including Xin Invoice 3.0, Xin Inventory 1.0 and Xin Inventory 2.0 will be obsoleted soon. The license will not be available for sale after 31-Dec-2021.

We encourage our customers to move forward together with us by migrating to our new cloud based Xin Invoice 365. We will move our sales, technical and support force to this new cloud application to provide a better and stable system to our customers.

Don't worry if you do not have the plan to migrate to cloud system now, you may continue using the current system as the license is lifetime. And you can still get the following information from our website:
  • the setup file
  • requesting to release your license key log
  • requesting to resend your license key


    • We will not provide any of the following (except for customers with active support plan currently, until it gets expired)
  • email reply
  • email support
  • remote access technical support
  • system / network setup
  • system restoration
  • renewal of support plan
  • custom design template
  • custom design report
  • new user license (for Xin Inventory 2.0)
  • new software license
