Did not receive my license keyQuestion: I've already made payment via PayPal but did not receive any license key from Xin Cube. Answer: Xin Cube will send the Purchase Confirmation email to you immediately after you have made the payment. There are few possibilities of delay: 1. Sometimes PayPal might on hold the payment for credit card verification. Possible it might take few days for the verification process, and the purchase confirmation will be sent out to you once the verification process is done. 2. Email sent out from Xin Cube server might have sent to your junk mail folder. Please check your junk mail folder. 3. When you entered your personal information in the purchase page, you've entered an invalid email accidentally. If you still do not receive any email after a week, please email to Xin Cube Support |
